We are pleased to invite you to participate in the International Scientific Symposium “Animal and food sciences and sustainable development”, organized between October 23-24, 2025, by the Faculty of Food and Animal Sciences, within the Iasi University of Life Sciences.
This scientific event brings together at each edition outstanding personalities from academia and research, as well as specialists and practitioners. The symposium is a good opportunity to promote the latest achievements in the field, to stimulate innovative creativity and to develop partnerships to achieve European projects and programs. Therefore, knowing the concerns in the field and appreciating your professional prestige, we have the honour to invite you to participate in the works of the scientific symposium.
Within this international scientific event, current issues in various fields, specific to animal science, food sciences and sustainable development, structured in three sections, will be addressed:
- Animal sciences;
- Food sciences;
- Tourism and management.
Papers accepted by the Scientific Committee, written in English, will be published on CD, and those based on current research topics and highlighting valuable scientific results will be included in the volume Animal & Food Sciences Journal Iasi (CNCSIS B + journal and indexed in CAB – abstract, CAB – full text, DOAJ, INDEX COPERNICUS, AGRIS, SCIRIUS DATABASE, GENAMICS), edited under the auspices of the “Ion Ionescu de la Brad” Publishing House – ISSN 2821 – 6644 şi ISSN-L 2821 – 6644.

Upon request, participants may request, for a fee, scientific journals and / or excerpts from papers published in them.
If you intend to participate with two papers, please fill in one form for each. The abstract of the paper must be cursive, concise and concise; will begin with a clear statement of the purpose of the paper, will continue with a brief presentation of the working methods used, then the important results of the paper will be presented and will end with highlighting the important conclusions. No bibliographic sources will be included in the abstract. The abstract must contain between 1000 and 1500 characters (including spaces).
